2010 State Conference Registration - For Credit Cards Only
You can only use the website to register if you will be paying with a credit card. If you would like to register and pay with check, please fill out and submit the registration form to Sam Morris along with your payment.

Upon clicking on the Register Now button, you will be taken to a Paypal payment processing page where you will provide your name and contact information. Please note: You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay for your registration.
Each person must submit their own online registration.
CANCELLATIONS, LATE REGISTRATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation notification must be received prior to March 5, 2010 for a refund. No-shows will not be refunded. If registration and payment cannot be postmarked or submitted online by March 5, please submit the late/on-site registration fee. Payment is required to attend.
